Vivek is a multi-entrepreneur and Founder of Able Fisher Europe & Asia, as well as Global Digital Talent and co-founder of Human Q Solutions. He is one of Europe’s most seasoned advisers in consumer, digital, legal and Private equity and has helped build the senior management teams and Boards of many transformational businesses. He has provided retained executive search (Talent Acquisition) and Talent Development services to a portfolio of iconic global corporations, all of whom are market leaders in their respective categories and markets.

His practice is focussed on conducting global searches in Private equity portfolio companies, Venture Capital backed businesses, Life-sciences, Legal, FMCG, Digital, Corporate and Professional services with an established leadership record of delivering practical and strategic solutions in a variety of industries, geographies and cultures.
Expert in succession planning, talent acquisition, organization development, performance-based rewards, employee relations and Board presentations on succession planning, compensation, and organization planning as well as hiring talent in over 27 countries.
Cross border and cross cultural experience and operating at both Board and Executive levels. He graduated from University with a BA( Hons) in Law & French
